Belize is another country served by the firm. The first technical visit was conducted, where we surveyed the site, analyzed local conditions, and assessed the needs of the architectural program.

This is a large-scale residence, comprising more than 52 rooms and a complex program that includes a home theater, a Hindu temple, four family rooms, two kitchens, two living rooms, independent suites, and a series of support spaces. From the outset, we established as a guideline that each space would have its own identity, with technical specifications appropriate to its use, the local climate, and the overall integration of the project.

The development required a continuous process of international coordination. For two years, we made several trips to Belize to monitor construction, coordinate with local teams, and validate construction solutions. Additionally, we made two technical trips to China: the first for the specification of finishes and materials; the second dedicated exclusively to the selection of furniture, ensuring standardization, quality, and adherence to logistical deadlines. The project also involved the integration of teams from Belize, Mexico, Guatemala, Panama, Brazil, and China, demanding multicultural management and rigorous process control.

More than just architectural design, the work included direct supervision of execution, validation of international suppliers, import logistics, and quality control at all stages. The result was the delivery of a fully customized residence, with design solutions tailored to the context and technical complexity of the program.

This project represented a significant milestone for the firm, strengthening our expertise in large-scale international projects, management of multidisciplinary teams, and coordination of processes across multiple countries.
